GRAPHIC PHOTO: Power Bank Kills Young Girl

The parents of a young Ghanaian girl were thrown into untold sorrow on May 25, after they discovered the lifeless body of their daughter, Blandine, lying on the bed with her power bank stuck up on her chest.

The sad incidence was said to have happened on Monday night, May 25, 2015. She was said to have been electrocuted to death after the power bank she was using to charge her phone got stuck on her skin and electrocuted her.

Dumsor Ghana reports that, Blandine was using the power bank to charge her phone while fondling with it and chatting with a friend. She was said to have put the power bank around her breast region.

It was gathered that the deceased had connected the power bank to an electricity source so it can charge when power is restored as there was no power as at the time she was still awake chatting.

When power was restored, a power surge occurred, the power bank got heated and got stuck on her skin, electrocuting her to death.
