Governor elect, Dr. Samuel Ortom and his wife, the incoming First Lady, Chief (Mrs) Eunice Ortom and the good people of Benue are at the Catholic Cathedral, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Makurdi for a Thanksgiving Mass. The one week liturgical inauguration program has just commenced.
